--- The context --- A Dapre official, whose identity is withheld, reported being questioned without a lawyer inside the Casa de Nariño, according to the complaint disclosed. In her testimony, a search forced her to undress, an allegation still awaiting full verification. --- The facts --- She was summoned on October 29 before people who introduced themselves as investigators without showing credentials, she said. They asked, in her account, about her hiring, personal ties, social media and an alleged relationship with Gustavo Petro. Lawyer Alejandro Carranza stated she allegedly spent more than five hours under questioning inside the Dapre. --- The positions --- Petro backed the complaint and attributed political responsibility to director Carlos Ríos Puerta, his attribution, not a proven conclusion. Petro expressed, in the reported quotation, that the complaint should be expanded to psychological torture, a stance, not an established fact. Carranza will expand the complaint and ask prosecutors to gather recordings from the Dapre and Legal Secretariat cameras. --- What remains unknown --- No official statement from the entities mentioned is on record, so presumption of innocence applies to all parties. Still unconfirmed are who took part, under what authorisation they acted and what the requested recordings show. --- Unanswered questions --- What will the recordings reveal once prosecutors compare them? Why, in her account, did the alleged investigators show no credentials? When will the entities respond officially? --- EPM analysis --- Protecting a complainant and due process do not conflict: preserving video and avoiding early conclusions is the minimum. 📌 EPM Take: In EPM's view, the priority should be to secure the recordings of the Dapre and the Legal Secretariat, guarantee legal support for the complainant and verify every claim with presumption of innocence for all parties, because only a formal and evidence-based investigation can determine whether guarantees were breached at the Casa de Nariño on October 29.
